We want to make money, sure.  But if we set out to make money first, it won’t happen.  Instead we have to have a passion and drive to create value for others by providing an exceptional product or service.  When our customers want to trade their money for what we offer, then it is a matter of pricing it higher than our cost, or delivering it at some fraction of our price.

Deliver value first.
