I already came to this same conclusion. I am not Wonder Woman even if I am more sensitive than average. I need to take time to regenerate which for me requires quiet and being out in nature. It may sound simple but for many people it is a priviledge to be able to do that daily. Sometimes it is impossible. And sometimes certain actions are impossible. We make peace and we go on living every moment.
