I have found that over the last 20 years, by getting up at 5 AM everyday and getting in an hour of cardiovascular exercise In 60 minutes I can accomplish all of the following:
-I can watch the world news
-Read the newspaper
-Build my athletic endurance and stamina
– “Eliminate Stress”
-Think through my plan for the day
And these are only a “FEW” of the attributes that one can get by investing only 60 minutes a day in yourself!
Once you can “Feel the Energy” of how powerful this can be, you feel like your are wearing a shield of armor every day that never let stress and problems impact your decision making process.
DI
I can weak up early but I am not a morning person. My mind works better latter in the day.
