Sell what people buy
When you sell what people are already buying, you have eliminated a big hurdle in marketing and sales - convincing them that they need it at all. Do your prospects already believe they need what you sell?
What problem(s) does your product take away?
What problems does your product or service take away from your customer? Does it do it better than your competitor does it? Shouldn't it? Make it. Then tell the world.
Response-ability
Problems, big and small (and some huge) is what businesspeople have to deal with every day. Your ability to respond well determines your success. Don't seek to affix blame. Don't make it worse. Don't ignore it. Don't give up. Respond well and make it better.
Change = Mistakes
Make mistakes faster than anyone - so long as you are learning fast and not making the same mistake twice. Is your group fumbling fast learning and trying new things?
No pain – no gain
Show me an organization with no tension anywhere and I'll show you one where not much is going to be different next year. Positive tension is a by-product of progress. What about your organization?
Time leakage
What time leaked out of your day yesterday onto activities that don't matter to your important goals? Can you plug the leak and do better today?
