There are plenty of reasons we can give to explain why a business is failing, but I believe the main reason is do to management. Key decisions dictate how companies grow or get slow. Having the right people in place can mean the future or the funeral of a company. For example look at the Dallas Cowboys they a great team but with years of bad decisions lead them to years of failure. As a business we need to be growing not just getting by. We all want the ring of success not to be in the ring of failure.
