That has been the motto of this year and its taken 14 years to figure that out. We have doubled our sales and service by just replacing ourselves and implementing the business plan. We had big holes because we thought we could not afford to hire people to do what we do. I work more efficiently, which means I have more time for my family. Wow I should have done this 5 years ago! Can’t wait to replace myself in my new roll gotta give it some time to develop though. Thanks for the great insight and thought provoking words of the day.
