Does your company name kinda sound like your competitors? Does your advertising look kinda like thousands of other ads people see each day?  Is your sales presentation kinda like the other guys?  The enemy of persuasion is obscurity. Don't camouflage your message to look like all the rest.

Well then it doesn't matter how deep the water is - keep swimming! Learn fast, keep your cool, and do things you've never done before.


Friends at work

Do your employees genuinely like each other?  Do they like you?   If they do, they are much more likely to stay.  If they don't they are much more likely to leave.
