Tough Decisions
95% of the decisions a leader makes can be made by a high school kid. A leader gets paid to make the right call the other 5% of the time. A leader prepares themselves so that when the moment to make the tough call comes, they get it right.…
Good selling is good service
Service doesn't start after the prospect signs a contract and becomes a customer. It starts when a prospect is shopping and isn't a customer yet. Micromanage the details then so they experience great service before they decide to do business with you, and that's what they'll be making a decision…
Your Private Economy
Bad service providers create their own recession. Good ones create their own expansion. Which are you?
Do you OWN your dream?
Renters can give up on their dream, because they aren't committed to ownership. But when you own the dream, giving up never crosses your mind. Do you own it?
Quality People
People come, and people go. Employees, vendors, customers. But over time, the ones that will be the most valuable to you're organization and the people in and orbiting it, are people of fine character and motivations. Surround yourself with quality people and you'll go far. If quality people don't stay,…
Outside Your Control?
Life and markets are full of unpredictablitiy. But sometimes we create a business model (our dream) that is so dependent upon the whims of one body or event (a government, an agency, a politician, a tragedy or lack thereof, etc...) You're one assumption or decision away from perishing. This…
Email is someone else's agenda
Stick to yours. What do you have to do right now to move towards your major goal or objective? Be disciplined.
Problems 'R' Us
Our problem is we think we aren't supposed to have problems. It's all problems. One damn thing after another. A mature leader doesn't processes these issues as "problems" and take them emotionally. They have their internal gyroscope to keep them steady day in and day out as challenges come up.…

I once took a job that offered me no pay , no leads and promised me nothing. They said if I did a great job I could make a great living and work for a great company.
Thanks -Larry !!!!
I waited and researched my options instead of joking right in to a new opportunity. I allowed a little time for the reality of the opportunity and realized the systems & finances need to be in order before proceeding.
We decided to remove some pretty good people in our company that were blockers to make room for great people in their places. We took a large percentage of our profits and reinvested them in Ayers Basement Systems to pay these great people to help us build wealth.
Thanks Larry!
