Have you created bureaucracy in your business as a knee jerk reaction to try to avoid mistakes?

Being an entrepreneur is a great way to learn about yourself, because it requires you to look at who you are and how you think often.  Those that don’t understand why they think how they do and that have done nothing to influence their thoughts or emotions, find themselves in a perpetual rut – with the same problems showing up over and over again.

Your business grows when you do.  To grow yourself, you have to know yourself.  A rational part of your mind must look at who you are mentally and emotionally and make assessments about where you are wrong, need improvement, help, and education.

We have been conditioned to think that when we struggle, if we just stay at it longer and harder that things will get better.  But what if we are doing it wrong?  What if we are going in the wrong direction?Will staying at it longer and harder help us then?  No.

We must notice the feedback the world is giving us – the results our approach deserves, and make changes.

What you must persist in is not doing it; but doing it/noticing/changing/doing it different/repeat. Persist in that cycle.

THEN persistence is something you can’t succceed without.
