Culture is what happens when the leader leaves the building – and when people are working from home.

Culture is how people want to act when they are together as a group.  

Culture is how people want to behave.

What’s your real culture?

The different results you want is an effect.

What will be done differently in your business to cause the different outcome?

What will happen?

(Your future self -) “Wow!  My dreams came true!!”

What exactly happened?

What change does the leader (you) want?

If you don’t want change, your leadership is not necessary.

Right?

Are you clear on the better outcome you are calling into being?

Is your whole team clear?

Is your business making your life better?

Would your life be better without your business, or with it?

Your business is supposed to make your life better.  For some, that’s not the case.

If the answer is without it, then 

A – Change the way you’re are doing it.  Learn how to get it right.

or

B – Stop doing it.

The longest change lever

You can change your organization the fastest and surest with this lever – change the leadership.

I realize that is probably you.  It’s likely that you have used up all your best ideas by now, and that the method and style of leadership you are using has had it’s effect long ago, and now you are more of less stuck.

So…you can get leadership help by adding someone with different qualities, methods, and experience to your team, OR you can start reading and watching different content an hour a day to change your thinking.

Sure as the sun rises, change the leadership, change the organization.

Train someone to take your job.

If you don’t, you’re stuck with it.
