It’s usually the small things that pay off the most.
I will always remember from years ago when I was working for Lender’s Bagels and we were in Matoon IL for the annual Bagelfest (yes, there is such a thing). Murray Lender was with us and as we were walking down the street, he would be stopping a chatting with people along the way, in many cases remembering something about them from the year before. To see the way that made each of them feel was incredible.
