Talk about your plans
When you talk to someone who is NOT close to your business and try to explain your business plans, by hearing yourself talk out loud you will understand where you aren't clear. Talk it through and you'll realize your blind spots. Can you explain your plans clearly to an outsider?
You cant get to the horizon
There's always another challenge, another mountain to climb, another higher goal...that will never change. Celebrate where you are now.
"A lot of work – but I love it!"
A friend of mine who owns a business had an entrepreneurial rebirth recently. He is doing things differently and making lots of progress. He said to me "It's a lot of work but I am loving the adventure!" I told him that it sounded like he was doing it right…
