What do you want out of your business?

Larry Janesky: Think Daily

Some business owners have been stuck for so long, they forgot why they started their business in the first place.  Pause, step away from the chains and ask yourself –

1) What work do I WANT to do during the day?  (What job do I want in my business?  What do I like to do?)

2) How many hours a week do I want to work?

3) How much money do I want to make?

Now, design your business and your job in it to get you what you want.

I believe it is important to stay active in all parts of your business. Even down to the point of helping and install, to handling customers, or to as little as just answering the phone for a little while. You must continue to sit in every seat of the house

I can not thank you enough for all your help. I finally hear and understand what you are saying and I am not being the leader my company needs. I get the highest calling and know I need to set up to the plate and swing. You are very accurate in your words and spot on with knowing why. Keep doing your “highest calling” it is what you were meant to do. Thank you!!!
