Question for clarification

Larry Janesky: Think Daily

Busy people, like you, have to move through your day getting things done and checking boxes.

When we hear of a problem we want to fix it and fix it fast.

But wait. Slow down. You need to understand the problem first.

Often the problem involves people, and people have complications and dimensions that need to be understood.

Question for clarification.

How do you mean?

Tell me more?

What do you mean by that?

In what way?

(Tilt your head) Really? or Hummm?

Or you could just remain silent, and the other person will tell you more.

To set things right, you have to see things right.

Right?
