There is more value in relationships than in transactions.
Time will show you that.
A client is worth a lot over a lifetime. It requires a good relationship to keep them that long.
As soon as you prioritize the money, you may be sacrificing the relationship.
Long relationships save time and money in getting new clients to replace them.
Play the long game.
You’re speaking my language for sure this morning!! RERT was built off of the relational concept. My younger self saw the value of finding new contacts and I found success. In fact, I would always say that the key to success in real estate was to get as many numbers in your phone as you could. Turns out I was only partially correct. My older self now knows that there is a substantial difference between a contact and a relationship. A relationship only thrives through nurturing. Meaningful relationships are built on trust, and trust is built over time. Luckily I get to preach this from my pulpit every day. Thank you for the opportunity to share.
I’m also thankful for Chelsea. Thank you, Chelsea, for all you do for all of us! We appreciate it!
Go, Chelsea!
