As a leader, you are the boss. You get to call the shots.
It’s a great privilege.
It’s also a great responsibility.
You are the Editor-in-Chief.
There are changes in your business (and in your life) that ONLY YOU CAN MAKE.
Nobody is going to come into your office and say, “Boss, you’re doing this all wrong. Step aside…”
It’s on you.
Are you seeing reality for what it is? Are you naming it – calling it what it is?
Are you doing the editing you need to do?
I look forward to your emails every morning. Thank you
Yes – still loving Think Daily and sharing with my teenage men!
-Thank you
Always get something out of Think Daily, look forward to reading them every morning before I start my day. Thank you Larry!
I love this concept. Editors improve the work of others. So do effective leaders. Also, less is more – the best editors know how to trim and simplify but still keep the final result strong and impactful.
Grateful for you, Larry!
Go, Brandon!
