The best thing about being your own boss is that you are your own boss. Nobody tells you what to do.
That’s also the worst thing about it. Nobody tells you what to do. You are on your own. Nobody will direct you, and nobody keeps you accountable.
Sometimes, you don’t know what you are doing. When that happens, you have to acknowledge it and look for help. You have to learn, ask questions of the right people, and evolve.
Your best thinking got you here. If it’s not where you want to be, you need to learn to do some better thinking.
