He sees how they are handling the calls.

Thank you, Larry. I actually just had the monthly reminder two days ago and placed the test call and 9:01PM. I would not have remembered to do it without the reminder.

In addition to calling, if your business takes customer information through a webform, it’s good to complete that to assess the automated outbound communication as well as the speed to lead response time.

My boss does the same with a marketing firm that he pays for this service. It comes up on caller ID as “Adwords”, its usually an Asian lady, so we have a few clues. We act on our best behavior, she usually asks for automotive repair prices, which our boss does not want us to give out on the phone. Does anyone else see the irony in paying for this marketing service?
