Do you think this is true?

Larry Janesky: Think Daily

The common denominator of all high achievers is focus.

Do you think that is true?

I think that is undoubtedly one of them, along with desire, clarity, grit and energy.

What other qualities do you think we should name?

Doug Dean

Disciplined

Anthony Agosto

One of the things we always forget is consistency. In all of its forms, attitude, goals, how we treat people and mostly, showing up every day to tackle our tasks. Some call it discipline but it’s consistency that’ll get you there.

Focus for sure, and “amen” to consistency, too. I’ll add prioritization – knowing the right thing to work on at a given time is essential for success in business and life.

I think that focus is defin… 🙂 Ahh, forgot what I was going to say.

I believe focus is absolutely a key ingredient for high achievement it’s what allows us to channel energy and effort toward meaningful goals without getting lost in distractions. But success rarely rests on one quality alone. In my experience the most consistent traits include:

Clarity of Vision – Knowing exactly what you want and why.
Resilience – The ability to bounce back from setbacks and keep moving forward.
Adaptability – Staying flexible when circumstances change.
Discipline – Turning intentions into consistent action.
Continuous Learning – A commitment to growth and improvement.

Focus is powerful, but it works best when paired with these qualities. Are you seeing any of these traits in your own journey right now? Which one do you think is most challenging for people to develop?

“When you want to succeed as bad as you want to breath, then you will be successful.”
