Very hard to pick just one they all go together.

I think to pick only one
Everything else breaks

I am going for employee engagement and satisfaction. I feel if I pick this one and optimize it right, I will have a team that will take care of the rest.

That’s a good looking sign!

Just one…hmm. Today given that it is profit share distribution day, I’ll say employee engagement and satisfaction. Of course if we didn’t have profit, this would not be possible, so that drives bottom line improvements. When this is done well, clients are satisfied, and top line revenue also grows.

Love me some Johnny Norton!

Customer Satisfaction, every time. If customers are happy they will pay you. If you set your prices right and they pay you then you will make a profit. Gross sales don’t matter if customers aren’t happy or you aren’t profitable. Employee engagement and satisfaction doesn’t matter if your customers aren’t happy. Employee engagement and satisfaction, if done correctly, will lead to customer satisfaction. If your customers are satisfied it will lead to more sales and greater profits. It starts with the customer though.
