Always be monitoring! Value creation should never be static. It is important to analyze often to ensure no impairments and also to look for improvements. The second we become static we have set the bar for ourselves with no room for raising it. A kaizen like mindset will help drive the company toward its long term goals and beyond.

Would like to see your priorities for the Integrator(GM/Pres.) and also other top three management positions ie: Sales, Marketing, And Finance(accounting) as well. Appreciate your posts and all your knowledge.
