I read this book which I highly recommend – Who not How. It’s by Dan Sullivan – sort of. When you read the book you will know what I mean.
The idea is that as “doers” businesspeople are always trying to figure out how to do stuff, and often do it themselves. But instead, we should be thinking about WHO knows how to do this.
WHO has done this before?
WHO do I need to get on my team or do a freelance project for me?
It’s Dan Sullivan’s book – but he did not write the book. That’s an example.
Let other people use their talents and time to accomplish your goals.
WHO, not HOW!
Interesting! I did not see this one…food for thought.
I love that idea! I always think back to Henry Ford when he brought a Law Suit against a Chicago paper for slandering him. While on the witness stand and after being asked many silly questions he answered, “If I should really WANT to answer the foolish question you have just asked, or any of the other questions you have been asking me, let me remind you that I have a row of electric push-buttons on my desk, and by pushing the right button, I can summon to my aid men who can answer ANY question I desire concerning the business to which I am devoting most of my efforts. Now, will you kindly tell me, WHY I should clutter up my mind with general knowledge, for the purpose of being able to answer questions, when I have men around me who can supply any knowledge I require?”
