Some things go well and some do not.
You have emotions about these things.
You want to move things in the right direction.
Anger will have a short-term effect that may or may not be useful in this moment, and a long-term effect that will not be helpful to you at all.
Gratitude is a more useful fuel than anger, short-term and long-term.
When we approach with anger, we are more likely to look for blame, when we approach with gratitude, we are more likely to find our own accountability and we can grow from it.
Grateful for you Larry, for showing us the way!!
Gratitude is a winning strategy.
