I like Joe Polish from Genius Network. Here is one of his posts – Selling with integrity means this: Would you sell what you’re selling to your best friend? If the answer is no, don’t sell it to anyone. Don’t overhype. Don’t promise transformation you can’t deliver. Don’t give people false hope—because fake hope does more damage than no hope. |

Demonstrate value. Let them come to you. It works. And it feels better. JOE |
100% Character and integrity are a basis to any business, especially to an entrepreneur who is selling themselves and their word.
Our products aren’t the best because they are ours. They are ours because they are the best! Top sales performers believe that statement to it’s core. Integrity is the only path to long term success in sales.
I love this, as a sales guy we are often presented with a problem where you can make a sale or do the right thing. I always choose the right thing , I couldn’t sleep at night knowing I knowingly offered a solution just to make a sale. I hate going to say an FSI lead and its a potential buyer with the realtor. The buyers decision hinges on what you tell them as does the sale of the house for the realtor. Often they cannot answer questions because they do not know the history of the house and of said crack in the wall. Is it a new crack or has it been here for 20 yrs? Does it leak? The floors above are level and no obvious sign that its a structural concern….but do I say you need 30K of push piers to be safe in which case they walk away from their dream home or do I say everything looks fine and in 6 months it moves again and they come back saying you said everything is fine!!
