Control freaks don’t scale because –
They are one person and have only so much time in a day.
They become the bottleneck at the top of the bottle.
Other people, especially high performers, don’t like to be micromanaged and leave.

I need this
I think we’ve all gone through a phase where we thought there wasn’t anyone that could do a particular task as well as we could. I’ve learned there are many people that can do things a lot better than I ever could. By releasing the responsibility, I have been able to concentrate on my tasks.
