Most business failures happen because of false assumptions.
They will buy this, they will perform this way, it will work like this, they will love this, my competitors will stay the same…
You can fix it if you move fast – but only if you change the parts of your business that were wrapped around the false assumptions – (which could be most or all of it).

I remember visiting a company for the first time and assuming that the older guarded looking lady (Ms. Claudette) sitting temporarily at the front desk was cold but to my surprise against my scattered questions and intentions she proved to be kind, understanding and helpful sincerly wishing good luck in my quest.
