“Salesperson” is the most important job in the company.  And those that take it seriously and learn HOW to do it expertly are your most valuable employees and should make a ton being paid straight commission when they get big results.

At your place, do salespeople get the expert training they should, and have the commissions available to them they deserve?

Good one Larry. I am currently interviewing and putting ‘feelers’ out for potential sales reps. My thinking is that I want my sales reps to all make a ton of money. If they are successful, my business is successful. Developing my sales force is the biggest key to grow my company right now. I am little nervous about the type and quality of people I will find when offering 100% commission. I need high-quality, professional salespeople…but I am having doubts finding those when I offer 100% commission.
