Very early (or very late) in the day is the best time to learn, to consider, to think, and to make decisions. The middle of the day, with all its distractions and interruptions, is probably not a time when you want to be doing important thinking and making key decisions.
Plan your day and your work around the daily rhythm of your brain activity. You’ll get more out of it.
Wow! Your are right on with your assessment!
I have found that over the last 20 years, by getting up at 5 AM everyday and getting in an hour of cardiovascular exercise In 60 minutes I can accomplish all of the following:
-I can watch the world news
-Read the newspaper
-Build my athletic endurance and stamina
– “Eliminate Stress”
-Think through my plan for the day
And these are only a “FEW” of the attributes that one can get by investing only 60 minutes a day in yourself!
Once you can “Feel the Energy” of how powerful this can be, you feel like your are wearing a shield of armor every day that never let stress and problems impact your decision making process.

I can weak up early but I am not a morning person. My mind works better latter in the day.
