Business is one ceaseless stream of problems to solve. It’s hard not to let them drive you nuts – BUT – the businessperson who is best suited for the job understands that if there were no problems, there would be no business.
Prevent them first. When that doesn’t work all the time, solve them and prevent them from happening again. When that doesn’t work….
It’s ok. It’s part of the job. Be good at it.

I find that previous work and personal experiences have a way of building people up to be able to face challenges. My previous job is a perfect professional example where I loved my job (worked with 4 leos including my boss, the head engineer, and 2 of the highest achievers) but life had a way of aligning things where I had to make a choice. The choice I made was to choose to value myself flaws and all and to respect my plimsol line.
I still crossed that line the other day because I am an emotional creature and regardless how good we are at strategy or how strong our willpower is there are many things that are out of our control. In cases like that all we can do is try to explain to our surrounding what happened and why we were thinking a specific way or acting or talking, waiting for something to happen.
It is funny how things have a way of repeating themselves until we learn what we need to learn to pass the obstacles. Often times it requires or forces us to kill and terminate something inside, a desire to have or to create something in order to survive and advance to the next level.
Be greatful for what you have, spend time with your wives, sons and daughters because you got a blessing that many people can not afford to enjoy.
And if you do not have a family or kids that is ok, we do not have to have all the things that others do. All we have to learn is how to make the most out of what we already received.
And learned.
I never imagined myself writing on this blog, that divination was given to someone else and I just happened to hear about it from my former boss whos special friend is a well known journalist working on changing the world. I happened to choose myself and quit my job on the last day that the journalist male immage was allowed to make a move in order to join her efforts. Funny how the grapewine works and how each of our actions determine the next. I still feel that I made a misstake
When I forgot to head my plimsol line and allowed myself to become emotional but tulips will always be tulips and there is no point in worrying, we make the best of what we have at every given moment.
And try not to hold anyone responsible for their beliefs and actions even if it affected us.
It is not an easy thing to accept especially having a slight idea about how the grapevine works and knowing very well that people were 100% conscious of their actions and still acting and destroying in order to experience a feeling or recreating something that was already experienced just for the sake of following guidance and suggestions. You can not trust the grapevine because
It does not paint an accurate picture. You should always do your own detective work to really understand and have a better picture of what exactly is going on. The grapewine gives you an echo, someones blurred vision but never the absolute truth.
They say the truth sets you free, it liberates you but they also say that there is a price you pay and that price is sometimes the end of your life as you know it and all your preconceived ideas and expectations. If you think about it is pure madness but that is the beauty of it as well.
Terre Blair is the talented journalist I was refering to. Her latest work is called Big Problems, Big Thinkers. She is close friend with the Dalai Lamas niece and spends as much time around the master as she is can manage. I had the opportunity to meet with her a couple times in person. She is very intuitive.
Laura Lynn Jackson is another very powerful female helping as many as she can. Her book called The Light Between Us personally touched me and the message was unexpected only because some of the details felt tailored for the reader.
