"I don't have time"

Larry Janesky: Think Daily

You have time.  You just have prioritized other things.

What is most important to do now so tomorrow can be better?

And here is a fun exercise to determine how to get more time to do things you want
All of us have 168 hours per week=24×7
Create a spread sheet with each day on top and vertically the times. For each day list the activities you do so on Monday you get up at 5 am get ready 5:30 breakfast 6
Commute 7am-8am
8am-5pm work etc
Do it for 7 days and at the end of the week you’ll be able to see where you can cut back to gain more time for things you want to do. Include when you eat and sleep in excercise.
I had a graduate student who was married with children was in graduate school and was ceo of a language school fulltime
Sunday was family day for her. So i came up with this formula for anyone who gave me the excuse i don’t have time and used the example above. I used my own formula after the death of my dad when i had to do work, family and regional manager of a woman’s organization and with tenacity we perserve. It works.
Making a positive difference in the lives of others.

“I don’t have time to leave a comment.” That’s a joke.
Stay safe, Larry. Thank you for what you do!
