Have you given up on someone who is still on your team?

You know what I mean – you’ve decided they will never be more, you don’t expect much from them, you know their future here is limited….so you treat them as such.

That’s bad leadership.   A caring leader never gives up on someone who is still on their team.  Either invest in them, or let them go to find a better leader to work for.

Absolutely! A caring Leader never gives up on someone who is still on their team. This person may only need guidance and is unsure or insecure on moving forward. Let them know you are there for them. Encouraging words go a long way.
