Low margins?

Larry Janesky: Think Daily

If your margins are low, it means you are doing the same thing that others are doing in about the same way.  Customers do not see any reason to pay any more for what you to offer, so you lower your price to get and keep business, as your competitors do.

Change that.  How can you add value and thrill your customers so they want to do business with you and don’t use price as their top buying criteria anymore?

Great topic ! Profectus is the answer! I just got a email from a basement job asking for his email estimate yesterday. Trying to set up a 2nd meeting his response “ everyone emailing the estimate these days”..WOW! I asked him “are you picking your contractor based on a email?” I now understand why Profectus is sooo powerful !
