You know a great employee who is making a great contribution working somewhere else. Let’s say you asked them to work for you today. What reason would you give them that they shoud quit where they are working and come to work for your company?

An employee who is fully contributing to make a difference is a loyal commited individual. The only way that person would consider accepting a job with another company is if a new opportunity to make an even greater contribution to society is presented and even then it all comes down to individual values.
