Character – the origins of the word mean “a mark left by a chisel.” It’s your foundation. Without it, you can’t do much, because your progress in this world depends upon you interacting successfully with other people. And without character, they won’t want to do that.
Keep your word. Be trustworthy. Be kind. Be loyal. Be helpful, courteous, cheerful, brave and clean.
How is your character? It never goes out of style.

Good Morning Larry, I was a Boy Scout Leader for years and the troop that we started had a slogan that was embroidered on our class b shirts and hats.”Character Counts” This was something our young men and leaders lived by everyday no matter who was watching. Have a great day!

Glad the others picked up on the Boy Scout reference! I am a proud Eagle Scout, and these characteristics will live on with me forever. Very valuable.
