As an organization grows and the challenges change, a leader needs to ask this question from time to time.  If a leader doesn’t grow and adjust, and be the person they need to be for the challenge at hand, they will get stuck doing the leader job the old way, and not be able to meet new challenges.

Crafting a new aproach to tackle the arising problems requires skill, intuition and an open mind which enables the thinker to be proactive and come up with various solutions to solve even the most unexpected and unconventional situations. The thinker’s job is to help decide what shoe fits best the organization. Anyone can be a thinker providing great value to their organization. Use your voices and heads and share your thoughts and insights because your input makes the biggest difference in the final outcome.
