You don’t get paid for YOUR results.  You get paid for the results of your team.  

You can’t do this alone.  Let your people help you.  Tell them what you want, what you want the customer to experience, and how it will be measured.  Then let them do it.  Measure results and work to develop the team based on the results.

Your job is leader, not doer. Don’t forget that.
