We accept what is but we refuse bad intentional behavior to cloud our judgement, regardless what the motives. Everyone has a limit and some people enjoy pushing others to get a reaction. Those people should know that they are the responsible ones for their actions. Noone else. Take a break, a shower, a nap, go for a walk if you can, and if you can’t do any of these activities try to journal.
