Just had a client tell me I’m the only one that got back with her out of three companies!! That’s crazy! Why do they even come out?? So…….I guess it’s follow up 🙂

I went back to a customers house to check up on them last week. It had been over 2 years since I’ve been there but I remembered her problem because there wasn’t much I could do to help her. She was very surprised to see me. We now have a new product we are working on and she is going to let us use her house for testing so we will finally have a fix for homes like hers. She was very happy to see me and very happy that I remembered her and her problem. So to answer the questions shortly, it’s about customer service. We all sell the same crap, its how we do it from start to finish that matters.
