"I-can-tations"

Larry Janesky: Think Daily

You know that voice in your head? – Yeah, that one.  It’s talking all the time – to you.

What it says to you is important.  If it is always telling you that you can’t and repeating limiting beliefs, you will behave as if it is true.

Hijack it.  Repeat positive things to and about yourself, even if you don’t believe them at first.  You will.

Yes, self talk is critical to your success.

What is your inner voice saying to you?

This is like my coaches favorite, “Winners come in cans not in cannots “. But sometimes knowing and accepting that you cannot is less painful. So the real question is “Is it good pain that strengthens or bad pain that kills.” Sometimes you need a doctor or a confessor.

Hello, Could you resend the thinking music-I would like to incorporate it more into better productivity. Thank-You.
Sometimes, “I-can-tations” come my way when I get distracted with the habit of listening to unproductive music. Eric M.

My Psychology teacher made us repeat the following mantra in every class:

“Every day, in every way, I’m getting better and better.”

It still comes to mind after all these years- I will be 75 in April!
