You are talking directly to me again Larry! I just completed the Culture Index assessment for my team (ever done it?). Good news: I’m a visionary leader with a strength in creativity, strategy, vision, and stamina. Bad news: I’m weak in the details and seeing things thru (which I already new). I need to hire an Integrator! ASAP!
