Our problem is we think we aren’t supposed to have problems. It’s all problems. One damn thing after another.
A mature leader doesn’t processes these issues as “problems” and take them emotionally. They have their internal gyroscope to keep them steady day in and day out as challenges come up. To them, these “problems” are just “leadership work”; what the leader is here for.
– And that is what you are here for. Right?
It is just one damn thing after another. I like to think of problems as puzzles – just something to be figured out and solved. Then on to the next one;)
